Citing his unprecedented support of the early education workforce and program quality, MADCA has awarded Massachusetts House Speaker Robert DeLeo the 2017 Legislative Achievement Award.  In the award presentation, Mr. Eddy stated, “ Early Educators across Massachusetts are grateful for the leadership of Speaker DeLeo.  The Speaker’s efforts to stabilize a workforce in crisis and improve program quality will have a lasting impact on a generation of young children across Massachusetts.”
